Todays work and tomorrow's town hall

Posted on April 29, 2009

Today, I carried HB 3140 to the House Floor. This bill will expand Oregon's workshare program; helping employers keep their employees. Companies can scale back hours without losing experienced employees, knowing unemployment insurance will help fill the gap in their pay.

Tomorrow, I want to hear the concerns facing you and your family. Join me and Senator Metsger for a town hall. We look forward to hearing from you.
