Unemployment Benefit Extension: If your benefits have run out and you have continued to search for a job, you may be eligible for a benefit extension. Go to this Unemployment Insurance page for information about this and other unemployment programs.
Healthy Kids: All children of families up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level ($44,100 of a family of four) can apply for the Oregon Healthy Kids Program. The family's income will determine the cost of the health coverage.
Tax Amnesty: Until November 19, the Oregon Department of Revenue will conduct Oregon's first tax amnesty program. Tax amnesty is an opportunity to file or amend tax returns in exchange for a waiver of penalty and some of the accrued interest. For all the details go to this website or call 1 800 356-4222.
